EXPECTATION

EXPECTATION FROM STUDENTS

  • To be polite, friendly and well-behaved in and outside the school.
  • To be honest and truthful, whatever may be the cost.
  • To accept cheerfully every work and responsibility given, and to face difficulties with courage and determination.
  • To respect your own property as well as of the school and also property belonging to others.
  • To be bold enough to say 'No' when asked to do a thing which you know to be wrong.
  • Display your school spirit by participating in school activities.
  • Make the necessary arrangements to stay back after school hours to participate in academics, sports and co-curricular activities whenever required.
  • Not to bring objectionable books, magazines or periodicals to the school. Mobiles, iPod and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
  • Not to use of unfair means during test/exam. Such improper conduct is unworthy of Holy Child School and can lead to suspense
  • Show your teachers and your fellow student courtesy and respect at all times.
  • Come to the class on time and bring all necessary material with you.
  • Complete the assignments carefully and on time.
  • Put your hand up to ask/answer questions do not blurt out of turn.

THE CODE OF STUDENT CONDUCT:

The Students Should:

  1. Be proactive in promoting and working towards making school a positive, supportive, safe and welcoming place for all students and teachers.
  2. Be respectful and courteous to fellow-students' parents, guardians and teaching and non-teaching staff.
  3. Be knowledgeable about discipline policies regulations and rules.
  4. Follow school rules and contribute to a positive school climate by behaving appropriately even when not specifically asked to do so.
  5. Make every reasonable effort to participate actively in the activities of the school.
  6. Recognize how their conduct affects other students and school as a whole and make every effort to restore relationship affected by their conduct.
  7. Share ideas and strategies for improving school climate and school discipline practices.

LOST AND FOUND

A lost & found property box is located near the staircase. If a student finds something, he/she is requested to submit to the teachers /office. So, the student is advised to refer to the box to check his/her missing properties.
